Product description

Dulbecco's Modification of Eagle's Medium (DMEM) - Size: 6 x 500 mL with 4.5 g/L glucose and sodium pyruvate without L-glutamine Technical Advantages: Lower documented Endotoxin content then offerings from other major suppliers. Substitution of Pyridoxine HCl for Pyridoxal ensures improved stability over the original formulation. Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium (DMEM) is a modification of Basal Medium Eagle (BME) containing four-fold concentrations of the amino acids and vitamins found in BME. The original formulation was used to culture embryonic mouse cells and has since been modified to support a variety of normal and transformed cells, sucha as primary cultures of mouse and chicken cells. DMEM formulations can differ in the amount or absence of components such as glucose, sodium pyruvate, sodium bicarbonate and L-glutamine. DMEM 15-013-CV and -CM contain 4.5 g/L glucose and sodium pyruvate without L-glutamine - Complete Certificate of Analysis available for each production lot, along with full formulation information - Produced under the highest industry standards to ensure superior results

Zoosystematics and Evolution is an international, peer-reviewed life science journal devoted to the diversity, systematics and evolution of all animal groups, except for insects. It publishes original research and review articles at all taxonomic levels. Its scope encompasses primary information from collection-related research, taxonomic descriptions and discoveries, revisions, annotated type catalogues, relevant aspects of the history of science, and contributions on new methods and principles of taxonomy and systematics. Articles whose main topic is ecology, functional anatomy, physiology, or ethology are only acceptable when of clear systematic or evolutionary relevance and perspective. Studies on insects should be submitted to the sister journal of ZSE, Deutsche Entomologische Zeitschrift (DEZ).
